TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: August 28, 2026

Welcome to Radline Promo.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Radline Promo website and any products or services provided by Radline Promo, operated by Searls Support Co LLC (“Radline Promo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, approving an order, purchasing products or services, or otherwise doing business with Radline Promo, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your interaction with us.

Please read these Terms carefully.

1. ABOUT RADLINE PROMO

Radline Promo provides promotional products, branded merchandise, custom apparel, corporate gifts, packaging, print products, creative services, product sourcing, fulfillment, and related services.

Many of the products we provide are custom manufactured, decorated, printed, embroidered, engraved, assembled, packaged, or otherwise produced specifically for an individual customer.

Our website may display examples of products, services, previous work, product concepts, or available merchandise. Product availability, pricing, decoration methods, specifications, and production schedules are subject to change.

2. WEBSITE USE

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems;

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technologies;

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the website;

  • Scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization;

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or organization; or

  • Use our website or services to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another party.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website when reasonably necessary to protect Radline Promo, our customers, our service providers, or others.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, colors, decoration information, and other product details.

However, promotional products are frequently manufactured by third-party suppliers, and specifications may change without notice.

Product photographs and digital mockups are provided for reference. Actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, dimensions, materials, construction, packaging, imprint placement, or other characteristics.

Computer screens and mobile devices also display colors differently. Therefore, colors shown digitally should not be considered an exact representation of a finished product.

When exact color matching is important, please discuss available color-matching or pre-production sample options with us before approving production.

4. QUOTES AND PRICING

Unless otherwise stated, quotations provided by Radline Promo are estimates based on the specifications and information available when the quotation is prepared.

Pricing may depend on factors including:

  • Product quantity;

  • Product color or style;

  • Decoration method;

  • Number of imprint colors or locations;

  • Artwork requirements;

  • Setup charges;

  • Packaging;

  • Fulfillment;

  • Freight and shipping;

  • Supplier pricing;

  • Tariffs, duties, or import-related costs;

  • Applicable taxes; and

  • Production requirements.

Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote. If no expiration period is stated, pricing may be subject to verification before an order is placed.

Supplier pricing, inventory, freight, and product availability may change without notice. If a material change occurs before an order enters production, we will contact you regarding available options.

Typographical, clerical, or pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted or placed into production.

5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting a request for a quote, purchase order, payment, artwork, or other project information does not necessarily mean that an order has entered production.

An order is considered accepted when Radline Promo has received the information and approvals reasonably required to proceed and has accepted the order for processing.

Depending on the project, this may include:

  • Product and quantity approval;

  • Pricing approval;

  • Artwork;

  • Artwork or virtual proof approval;

  • Shipping information;

  • Applicable payment or deposit;

  • Purchase order; and

  • Other project-specific approvals.

We reserve the right to decline an order before production begins.

6. INVENTORY AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Promotional product inventory can change quickly.

Inventory availability discussed during sourcing or quoting is not guaranteed until an order is placed with the applicable supplier and confirmed.

If a selected product becomes unavailable, discontinued, backordered, or otherwise unable to meet the project requirements, Radline Promo may recommend comparable alternatives.

We will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval.

7. ARTWORK AND PROOFS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, virtual proofs, production proofs, spelling, names, dates, colors, imprint locations, dimensions, quantities, and other project details before approval.

Once a proof or artwork is approved, Radline Promo and its production partners may rely on that approval to begin production.

The customer is responsible for errors contained in approved artwork or proofs, including spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect contact information, or other details that were presented for review and approved.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges, production delays, or both.

Digital proofs and mockups are visual representations and may not perfectly represent the color, scale, texture, positioning, or appearance of the final manufactured product.

8. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By providing Radline Promo with a logo, trademark, photograph, design, illustration, name, slogan, copyrighted work, or other material for use on a project, you represent that you own the material or have the legal right and authorization necessary for Radline Promo and its production partners to reproduce and use it for your project.

Radline Promo is entitled to rely on that representation.

You agree that Radline Promo may provide customer-supplied artwork and related project information to suppliers, decorators, manufacturers, printers, fulfillment partners, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to produce your order.

Radline Promo does not independently verify ownership of every logo, trademark, image, design, or other asset submitted by a customer.

We reserve the right to decline any project that we reasonably believe may violate another party's intellectual property rights or applicable law.

9. ARTWORK CREATED BY RADLINE PROMO

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Radline Promo retains ownership of original concepts, layouts, presentations, mockups, design elements, templates, production methods, and other creative materials developed by Radline Promo.

Payment for a finished product does not automatically transfer ownership of preliminary concepts, working files, editable source files, presentation files, templates, or unused designs.

If a project includes the purchase or transfer of specific artwork rights or production-ready files, those rights will be governed by the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Customer-owned logos and other pre-existing customer intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

10. PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

Custom manufacturing and decoration processes can result in minor variations between individual products and between production runs.

Reasonable variations may occur in:

  • Product dimensions;

  • Product color;

  • Fabric or material;

  • Print or embroidery color;

  • Imprint location;

  • Imprint size;

  • Registration;

  • Stitching;

  • Packaging; and

  • Other manufacturing characteristics.

Industry-standard production tolerances are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the intended use or overall appearance of the product.

If a project has unusually strict production tolerances, please notify us before ordering so available options can be discussed.

11. QUANTITY VARIATIONS

Certain manufacturing or decoration processes may result in production quantities that vary slightly from the exact quantity ordered.

When applicable, the possibility of an overrun or underrun will be communicated through the quote, order documentation, supplier terms, or other project communication.

Customers may be invoiced or credited based on the actual quantity produced when such production tolerances have been disclosed and accepted.

12. SAMPLES AND PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES

Product samples, blank samples, decorated samples, color samples, and pre-production samples may be available for certain products.

Samples may be subject to product costs, decoration charges, setup fees, freight, or other charges.

Approval of a pre-production sample authorizes production based on the approved sample, subject to reasonable manufacturing variations.

13. PRODUCTION TIMES

Production times are estimates unless Radline Promo expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Production generally begins only after all required approvals, artwork, information, and payments have been received.

Production schedules may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including supplier inventory, equipment issues, carrier delays, weather events, labor disruptions, customs delays, material shortages, or other supply-chain conditions.

If an order cannot ship within a promised or legally required timeframe, we will communicate available options and handle the delay, cancellation, or refund as required by applicable law.

14. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Radline Promo may use third-party suppliers, decorators, fulfillment providers, freight companies, and parcel carriers to ship orders.

Some orders may ship directly from a supplier or production facility to the customer or designated recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Radline Promo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, carrier disruptions, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where applicable, additional charges may apply for expedited production, expedited shipping, address corrections, residential delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery, re-delivery, storage, or other special freight requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

15. SHIPPING DAMAGE, SHORTAGES, AND ORDER ISSUES

Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, has a material production defect, or appears to contain a significant shortage, please contact Radline Promo as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs and other information needed to investigate the issue.

Please retain the merchandise and original packaging while a claim is being reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include repair, replacement, reproduction, credit, refund, or another reasonable remedy.

Remedies may depend on the nature of the issue and the policies of the supplier, manufacturer, decorator, or carrier involved.

16. CUSTOM PRODUCTS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Because most promotional products are custom manufactured or decorated specifically for the customer, customized merchandise generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered by the customer, or dissatisfaction with an element that appeared on an approved proof.

If merchandise is materially defective, damaged, or produced differently from the approved order specifications, please contact us so we can investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Blank, non-custom products may be eligible for return in certain circumstances, subject to supplier authorization, restocking fees, return freight, and other applicable charges.

Any project-specific return or refund terms stated on a quote, proposal, invoice, order acknowledgment, or other written agreement will also apply.

Nothing in this section limits any return, refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be waived.

17. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Because custom orders may involve supplier commitments, product reservations, setup, artwork preparation, production scheduling, and manufacturing, orders cannot always be canceled or changed after approval.

If you request a cancellation or change, Radline Promo will determine whether the order can still be modified or stopped.

The customer is responsible for costs already incurred before the cancellation or change request, which may include:

  • Product costs;

  • Artwork charges;

  • Setup charges;

  • Samples;

  • Production costs;

  • Restocking fees;

  • Cancellation charges;

  • Freight; and

  • Other nonrecoverable expenses.

Once customized merchandise has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

18. PAYMENT

Payment terms will be stated on the applicable quote, invoice, proposal, order acknowledgment, or other agreement.

Where payment is required before production, production will not begin until the required payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, excise, or similar taxes unless a valid exemption or resale certificate has been provided and accepted where applicable.

Past-due balances may be subject to collection activity and other remedies permitted by law and by any applicable written agreement.

19. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Radline Promo works with independent manufacturers, suppliers, decorators, printers, fulfillment companies, carriers, software providers, and other third parties.

Certain products may also be subject to manufacturer warranties, safety instructions, or other third-party terms.

Radline Promo does not control every aspect of a third party's operations and is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving legitimate product or production issues involving our suppliers and service partners.

20. WEBSITE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Radline Promo website and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, layouts, presentations, design elements, and other materials created by or for Radline Promo, are owned by or licensed to Searls Support Co LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or business purposes related to evaluating or purchasing our products and services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit our website content without prior authorization.

Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and images displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

21. PORTFOLIO AND PRODUCT IMAGES

Radline Promo may display product examples, conceptual mockups, supplier imagery, or examples of completed work on our website or marketing materials where we have the appropriate rights or authorization to do so.

The appearance of a third-party brand or trademark in a portfolio example does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership by Radline Promo unless expressly stated.

22. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our website may contain links to supplier websites, social media platforms, manufacturer resources, or other websites operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes.

Radline Promo does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites.

23. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We endeavor to provide accurate information and professional products and services.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy or completeness of all website content.

Products and services are subject to the specific warranties, representations, specifications, and terms stated in the applicable order documentation and any warranties provided by the manufacturer or supplier.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radline Promo and Searls Support Co LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a transaction with us, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

For claims arising from a particular order, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to Radline Promo for the portion of the order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

25. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radline Promo and Searls Support Co LLC from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from materials you provide to us for reproduction when the claim alleges that those materials infringe a copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or other proprietary right.

This provision applies only to claims arising from materials or instructions supplied by you and does not apply to infringement caused independently by Radline Promo.

26. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace website features, products, services, or content at any time.

We may also change suppliers, products, decoration methods, or service offerings as our business evolves.

We are not obligated to continue offering any particular product or website feature indefinitely.

28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services, or applicable laws.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Terms unless otherwise required by law.

29. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

30. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

31. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable consumer protection or other laws require otherwise.
